Our Return Policy:
International Housewares.com will provide store credit only for products returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order; postage prepaid. Returns must receive prior approval before being shipped back to us. Please request approval by email. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval, or after the 14 day period.
International Housewares.com does not issue refunds. We will provide you with full credit to purchase other products from our site. Once a credit number is issued, you may use the credit by contacting shop@internationalhousewares.com.
Please check all patterns, size, and colour information closely before placing your order. We do not accept returns on the basis that the incorrect pattern, size, or colour was chosen. We have provided the proper features and information on our site to make accurate purchasing decisions.
Damages
All orders are thoroughly checked before shipping. Claims for damage that has occurred during shipping must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Damage claims wil not be accepted after 10 days. Please follow the damage claims procedure:
a) Contact International Housewares.com immediately by email at shop@internationalhousewares.com.
b) Keep all packaging and paperwork enclosed with your order (ie. shipping label, box, bubble wrap etc.).
c) UPS may contact you within 10 days to inspect damages.
d) Once the damage claim has been processed by UPS (approx. 2 weeks from time of inspection), International Housewares.com will send replacement products to you by mail.
